Also, we are sensitive to building security and access procedures. Office cleaning includes but is not limited to the following:

		Empty trash receptacles.
		Dust furniture, picture frames, windowsills and other horizontal surfaces.
		Clean partition glass and mirrors.
		Remove smudges and spills with damp sponge from walls and light switches.
		Clean and vacuum upholstery.
		Spot clean carpet, detail corners and hard to reach areas.
		Vacuum all carpeted areas.
		Properly position furniture.
		Restroom cleanup and sanitizing.

Retail / Shopping Malls Maintenance

Our professional staff has experience in cleaning indoor malls and outdoor shopping centers. Services offered include floor maintenance, restroom sanitizing, pressure washing and maintenance of food court areas. Safety training for these facilities includes identifying hazardous safety violations and reporting suspicious activities to appropriate authorities. Retail outlets and shopping malls maintenance includes but is not limited to the following:

		Remove debris from landscape pots and planters.
		Sweep and clean entrances.
		Clean and remove smudges from entry door glass.
		Clean and polish entry handles, sills, doorplates and metal rim.
